To become a vendor, complete our Vendor Interest Form with information about your business and the products you sell. Since event details are still being finalized, joining the interest list will ensure you receive updates about vendor applications, booth pricing, event dates and venue information. Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance or require payment.
We welcome vendors offering antiques, vintage items, clothing, handmade and custom products, furniture, toys, collectibles, trading and sports cards, estate-sale or storage-unit inventory, food and other unique merchandise. All vendors are subject to review and approval.
The event date and Las Vegas venue are still being finalized. Join our Vendor Interest List to receive the date, location and application details as soon as they are announced.
Vendor pricing has not yet been finalized. Our goal is to keep booths under the $100 mark to attract the best vendors possible. Booth rates and any additional fees will be clearly provided before vendors are asked to reserve a space or submit payment.
Vendor-space sizes will vary depending on the venue. Typical available spaces will be 5x10, 10x10, and 10x20 feet.
Vendors will be responsible for their own canopy, tables, chairs etc. Electricity will be availble depending on the venue and vendor needs.
Yes, we plan to accept food and beverage vendors. Food vendors must carry all licenses, health permits, insurance and certifications required for their operation and the products they serve. Space may be limited, and all food vendors are subject to approval.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any business licenses, tax registrations, seller’s permits, health permits or other approvals required for their business and merchandise. Requirements can vary depending on what you sell, so vendors should confirm their obligations with the appropriate Nevada and local government agencies.
Setup and breakdown times will be announced after the event schedule and venue are confirmed. Approved vendors will receive detailed arrival, unloading, setup, breakdown and loading instructions before the event.
Booth sharing may be allowed with prior approval. Every participating business and the merchandise being sold must be disclosed on the vendor application. Vendors may not transfer or sublease their space without written approval from Sin City Flea Market.
Vendors may not sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe or hazardous items. Unauthorized copyrighted merchandise, unapproved weapons, explicit adult material and food or beverages sold without the required permits are also prohibited. Sin City Flea Market reserves the right to reject any vendor or item that may be unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate for the event.
The cancellation and refund policy will be provided before any vendor is asked to reserve and pay for a space. Vendors should review and agree to the policy before submitting payment. Submitting the Vendor Interest Form does not reserve a booth and does not require payment.
